So 2011. It was a year of routine, hard work, and changes. I definitely had my share of struggles in 2011, but overall it was a good year for me. This is going to be a really hard post to write though, because this information is all almost a year old now. Oh, I'm such a bad blogger! Best Trip of 2011: You're probably thinking I'm going to pick Cedar Point since it was my favorite trip in 2010 , and we did have our first Family Reunion (just my family, no extendeds) there this summer. But I'm going to have to pick a different one, to be fair. The winner? Pittsburgh. Because it was my first time to this City, and it happens to be home to two of my favorite people. Love ya ladies! We had a blast on this trip exploring and riding boat/cars, visiting the sights, spending time, good eats, it was just an amazing trip (so great that I went again this year!) Best Restaurant of 2011: What can I say? Old habits die hard. I'm cheating, I know. But I'm picking ...

If you've spent ANY time with me at all, you probably know how I felt about 2009 . So I was eager to embrace 2010. And embrace I did. What a fun year! It went too quickly! But there were definitely good things. So let's revisit them, shall we? Best Trip of 2010 : Do you even have to ask? CEDAR POINT , hands all the way down (unless you're going over the top of the hill on a coaster while reading this). (Sorry for the blue line. My photo stitcher was acting up and it would have taken forever to get right. So deal with a blue line). Best Restaurant of 2010: Going to have to go with the restaurant where they know my name, they know who I want to be my server, and they have the Best. Bread. Ever. Good ol' Faustina. I prolly ate here like 100 times this year. Doesn't hurt that it's only half a block from my new digs. Yessir. If you ever want to go, I'm ALWAYS game. Just text me. Best Article of 2010: Hey! Look! I started reading articles! Prolly the best one (or...

Here's to 2009 (screw you!) and all the memories (and nightmares...) Let us recap the best of the best. Best Trip of 2009: Idaho/Washington Trip with NFJ (which pretty much is the whole post). Hands down, no contest. That trip RULED my summer. Best Restaurant of 2009: I'm actually going to go with most FREQUENTED restaurant of 2009, which makes the best. Obviously. That would have to be Toaster's, the coffee shop right down the block where I work (hence part of why I frequent it so freaking much *grin*) Best Article of 2009: Yeah, I don't read too many articles, just blogs? So I'm going to opt out on this one. Best Book of 2009: Yikes. Hold on to your hats for this one. I mean how many books did I read in 2009? Oh wait 45 (including 11 I haven't reviewed yet - that's coming soon, don't worry!) In reviewing the thousands of pages I've devoured, I'll add myself a caveat here and make this best NEW book of 2009, because let's be honest I did m...
